Canadian Worker Co-op Federation

Affliations

The CWCF is a member of Co-operatives and Mutuals Canada (CMC), the national bilingual association of co-operatives in Canada, and of all provincial Co-operative Associations which it is eligible to join.  The CWCF is further a member of CICOPA, the international federation of worker co-ops; The Co-operators; the Canadian Community Economic Development Network (CCEDNet); and the New Economy Coalition.

Vancouver's Shift Delivery Co-op offers human-powered delivery and aims to reduce pollution and take cars off the road while creating good jobs. Worker-owners estimate that they have prevented 70 tonnes of CO2 emissions so far.
