Common Good Capital Membership Documents

All of the documents required to apply for membership with CWCF’s Registered Plans Program, Common Good Capital, can be found below. CWCF strongly recommends that you reach out to our Program staff before completing any paperwork to ensure that you have the most recent versions of the forms, and to ask any questions you may have about the application process or the Program itself. Please note that the specific forms your organization must complete will depend on the type of entity it is, so be sure to pay careful attention to the descriptions as you proceed.

All required documents, along with your first year’s dues payment, must be submitted to Common Good Capital staff no later than 2 weeks prior to the Board Meeting at which you wish for your application to be considered. Staff can provide you with these dates upon request.

Complete this form if your worker co-op is already a member of CWCF and wishes to join Common Good Capital.

All entities applying to Common Good Capital must complete this form.

SIGNING OFFICERS:

Authorized Signing Officers for a Sub-Agent
All entities applying to Common Good Capial must complete this form. Once accepted as a Member, the form must be re-submitted any time there is a change in Authorized Signing Officers.

COMPLIANCE & DUE DILIGENCE:

Certificate of Compliance and Due Diligence Checklist
All entities applying to use Common Good Capital must review this form at the time of application. It is required to be completed on an annual basis beginning the year following admission to the Program, by a deadline specified by CWCF.
