Membership Documents

All of the documents required to apply for membership with CWCF’s RRSP/TFSA Program can be found below. Please note that the specific forms your organization must complete will depend on the type of company it is, so be sure to pay careful attention to the descriptions.

All required documents, along with your first year’s dues payment, must be submitted to RRSP/TFSA Program Staff no later than 2 weeks prior to the Board Meeting at which you wish for your application to be considered. CWCF staff can provide you with these dates upon request.

Refer to this manual if your organization is a Specified or Non-Specified Cooperative.

Refer to this manual if your organization is any type of Community Economic Development (CED) fund, or a Non-Profit Organization (NPO).

APPLICATION FORMS:

Worker Co-op Membership Application Form
Complete this form if your organization is a worker co-op.

Current Worker Co-op Member RRSP-TFSA Program Application Form
Complete this form if your worker co-op is already a member of CWCF and wishes to begin using the RRSP/TFSA Program.

Associate Membership Application Form
Complete this form if your organization is a non-worker co-op, any type of Community Economic Development (CED) fund, or a Non-Profit Organization (NPO)

AGENCY AGREEMENT:

Agency Agreement
All entities applying to use CWCF’s RRSP/TFSA Program must complete this form.

DECLARATION:

Declaration Regarding Directors & Officers
All entities applying to use CWCF’s RRSP/TFSA Program must complete this form.

SIGNING OFFICERS:

Authorized Signing Officers for a Sub-Agent
All entities applying to use CWCF’s RRSP/TFSA Program must complete this form. Once accepted as a Member, the form must be re-submitted any time there is a change in Authorized Signing Officers.

COMPLIANCE & DUE DILIGENCE:

Certificate of Compliance and Due Diligence Checklist
All entities applying to use CWCF’s RRSP/TFSA Program must review this form at the time of application. It is required to be completed on an annual basis beginning the year following admission to the Program, by a deadline specified by CWCF.
