The Operations Manager has responsibilities, which include building and developing standard operating procedures as directed and rolling them out organization-wide. The Operations Manager is responsible for developing a company capital expenditure budget, collaborating with the Board on the company’s strategic initiatives for the year. The Operations Manager consults regularly with the Board on decisions to ensure alignment within the organization.
