Presenter: Joel Santos – Strategic Client Manager, Co-operators 
Joel is the Strategic Client Manager for Ontario and the Atlantic regions. He oversees the relationships with Co-operators’ members in these regions, as well as, servicing the not-for-profit and cooperative organizations.
He grew up in an environment that taught him the importance of helping and making a difference within his community. He has accumulated more than 25 years in the service industry combining sectors such as hospitality, insurance, and finance. He is continuously looking to make a positive impact in his environment.
Took part in the Lave 4 Change program, volunteering for 3 weeks helping a national co-op in Senegal, Africa. Is on the board and the secretary-treasurer of CCO – Conseil de la Coopération de l’Ontario, and volunteers regularly.
Joel is a first-generation immigrant to Montreal, Quebec more than 45 years ago, and he has been living in Ontario for the last 5 years. He likes to hike, ski, bike (cycle) and explore new places, either locally or abroad and used to skydive.
