CWCF’s Membership Renewal Process Explained

All CWCF members are required to pay dues annually, providing an important source of revenue that helps support the Federation’s work. Worker Co-op Members pay dues based upon the wages paid by the worker co-op to its members, employees and/or contractors, limited by both a minimum and maximum amount of dues.

CWCF’s membership year matches its fiscal year of September 1 to August 31, however, we tend to delay renewal to January in the cycle due to the busyness of the fall conference and seasonal holidays. All our worker co-op members should have received an email earlier this year requesting they complete a Google form that will then automatically calculate their dues based on their wages paid in their last completed fiscal year, and generate an invoice for the required amount that is emailed back. The option of solidarity dues (reduced dues) is also available upon request.

Thank you to those members who’ve already paid their 2024-25 membership dues. For members who have questions or need further information, please contact Operations and Member Services Manager Kaye Grant at communications@canadianworker.coop.
