The CWCF 2025 AGM will be a hybrid AGM and take place over two days. The following information applies only to those attending virtually. Conference attendees who are participating in person do not need to register separately.
AGM Part I – Reports and Resolutions
Join the first session of CWCF’s Annual General Meeting to review key reports and discuss resolutions shaping the future of our federation. This session will include:

- The Executive Director and Board Co-Chairs’ Report
- The Financial Report
- Resolutions discussion and voting
- Nominations for Board elections (Voting will be the following day)
AGM Part II – Elections
In Part II, members will participate in the election of Directors to the CWCF Board.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Those attending virtually must register for both sessions to participate fully in the AGM. Conference attendees do not need to take any action, AGM participation is included in your conference registration.
