The Canadian Worker Co-operative Federation is currently searching for its next Executive Director.
This recruitment is part of a planned leadership transition. Our current Executive Director will remain in the role for approximately six months to support onboarding and continuity as CWCF moves into its next phase. This role offers the opportunity to help shape national movement infrastructure, deepen partnerships across the co-operative ecosystem, and support the growth of democratic workplaces.
