Join us on a 90-minute exploration of the generative power of conflict within cooperatives in this engaging webinar! Hosted by Waterline, a worker’s cooperative dedicated to helping leaders and teams navigate conflict effectively. As a cooperative ourselves, we understand from the inside out that effective cooperation doesn’t always resemble unanimous agreement, mutual affection, or flawless harmony. Yet, we aim to avoid becoming ensnared in the destructive aspects of conflict—the moments when we question why we are a co-operative in the first place, despite our best efforts to collaborate fruitfully. At Waterline, we empower all cooperatives to confidently navigate the tension and chaos inherent in conflict. This webinar will unveil practical tools, inner attitudes, and mental frameworks from Deep Democracy to help transform conflict into a catalyst for creativity, deeper relationships, and flow. By participating, you will:

  • Gain a transparent mental framework for understanding group dynamics.
  • Develop a crucial lens to discern how your leadership influences group tensions and the role you can play in shifting them.
  • Acquire embodied tools to navigate internal conflicts and overcome impasses.

Throughout this process, you may uncover previously obscured dynamics within groups and gain insights into what can facilitate shifts in both your personal life and cooperative endeavors. The session will blend didactic teaching with small group discussions, experiential exercises, and dedicated question-and-answer time.

We hope to see you there!
