The application process is open for our Racial Justice granting program. CWCF has a Racial Justice Action Plan with the long-term objective of a worker co-operative movement in Canada which is racially diverse, inclusive, and just. To help achieve this objective, CWCF has established two granting pools. One is for bursaries of up to $1,000 for BIPOC people to take CWCF’s Academy and/or co-op development or management training, and the application is available here. The other is the Racial Justice Action Grants program for up to $2,000 per project toward projects that support worker co-op promotion, education, and /or development, led by BIPOC groups or individuals, with the application at this link. The initial application deadline is October 21st. We encourage BIPOC people and groups to apply!
